Janmastami is celebrated as the birthday of lord Krishna, the most powerful and famous incarnations of Lord Vishnu. To seek the blessings of Lord Krishna, Janmastami was celebrated at PPS with mirth and joy. Students from pre-primary and grades 1and 2 stole away the show with their ramp walk donned in the attire of Krishna and Radha, frolicking around with flutes, peacock feathers and matkas. A lot of fun filled activities like group dance, group song and Crown Decoration were conducted. The main attraction of the day was the treasure filled dahi handi . Boys from grades 8 to 10 showcased their teamwork, physical strength and endurance and spirit of achieving goals by successfully reaching to the Dahi handi. The celebration filled the entire premise with the joy of festivity. Students of grades 1-5 were shown an animated movie on Lord Krishna to acquaint them with his life history. Over all entire event was a grand success.
